    If you feel like creating a map for the RUN arena, here is a little guide and some useful tips:

    • You need Map Editor that supports creating peds ( MTA 1.3.1 or later ). You can create peds in the bottom left corner of your screen. If you can't find it, download latest resources from: http://mtasa-resources.googlecode.co...urces-r909.zip and replace old ones.
    • Open a new map in editor and set gamemode to race
    • Place 32 peds, they will be used as spawnpoints on FFS server. You can use classical race spawnpoints too ( like bikes ), but peds are prefered.
    • Test your map in F6 mode, F5 won't work.
    • Create weapon pickups if you want
    • Don't make your map too long ( 1 to 2 minutes is perfect )
    • Create a way for players who failed to get back on the track to prevent camping. Or alternatively, make sure players who fail die


    We will start accepting RUN maps in map-uploader tomorrow.

    Alternatively, you can use deathmatch spawnpoints for testing.

    - Add Deathmatch to your definitions and gamemodes
    - Scroll to your deathmatch elements
    - Select "Spawnpoint" and add it.
    - The first spawnpoint you add might be invisible to you. If that's the case, duplicate your spawnpoint (Element list if you can't find it) and the duplicate should appear
    - When testing, test with the race gamemode selected and...
    - Voila! Any script you've added should work now!

    (I know this might seem like a long way round but when you test your maps with F6, it's often with superfast time and any script you've added won't work)

    Well, I've made a run map, and I'd like to change ped's skins, whats the right script? (I've got only the .txd file)

    You may need a .dff file too.

    txd = engineLoadTXD ( "skin.txd" )
    engineImportTXD ( txd, 7 )
    dff = engineLoadDFF ( "skin.dff", 7 )
    engineReplaceModel ( dff, 7 )
    I used ped skin ID 7, as CJ ( ID 0 ) doesn't work.

    Thank you for this resource , I wanted to make a run map but I couldn't know this.Tomorrow then will make a run map I'll show you
