Let mappers place spawns of hydra, hunter and rhino

With the old system hunters and hydras weren't that easy to find, there were maps that had hydras and hunters and the big majority of players didn't knew them even after years, we also had maps that were CLEAR, now with the new system you have 3 hunters, 3 rhinos and 1 hydra in EVERY single map, they spawn in different locations every round but people already know all the different places where they can spawn. If mappers hide them well, it can workout and now we have anti spray
